MEET KYRA INDIA AND THEIR DEBUT SINGLE “COLD FEET”

Kyra India is an emerging Singer-Songwriter from New York City and a student at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Their unique sound falls somewhere between Indie and R&B which is a genre mix we don’t usually get to hear. What makes Kyra India stand out is their raw and expressive nature and their clever lyrics portrayed by their angelic and emotional voice. Kyra India’s songwriting stems from whatever story they need to reflect upon and express in that moment. Who they are is reflected in their music: an emotional, kind hearted, sincere person who loves to find out more about themselves through both their pain and love of life. Songwriting has helped them figure out who they are, who they can be, and who they truly are inside. Kyra India wants their art to help guide people through their own emotional journey’s and feel less alone. Kyra India is the new artist to watch out for with debut single “Cold Feet” released on May 3rd, 2023.

“Cold Feet” was born out of losing a relationship that was waiting to crash and burn long before it eventually did. While picking up the pieces left behind, Kyra India found no escape living nearby their ex which began the songwriting process. Kyra India speaks candidly about losing and reminiscing over this relationship. While the story of “Cold Feet'' is an exploration of Kyra India’s life post-breakup, there is a universal aspect to it due to the honest nature of their strong emotions.

“Cold Feet” is the testament of a Singer-Songwriter who can create their own sound and bring in an audience because of their care with story-telling and ability to make others feel seen in their own stories. This is the song to listen to when you are going through romantic turmoil, need to cry, or scream in the car. “Cold Feet'' was written by Kyra India and produced by Pierce Manchester who has helped Kyra India find what sound reflects them as a person and artist.

The song is available now on all major streaming platforms.
